			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Para mim a comida deve ser degustada em três etapas, com o olfato, com os olhos e finalmente com a boca. E cada um desses momentos deve ser apreciado com calma, nunca na louca correria dos fast-foods.</p>
<p>Porém há um movimento que leva muito a sério o visual do prato, a ponto de fazer arte. Essa técnica é conhecida como Art food, muito usada nas marmitinhas que os pequenos japoneses levam pra escola. Achei algumas imagens bem interessantes na internet. Confira:</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>02 ovos</p>
<p>02 fatias de queijo mussarela</p>
<p>01 fatia de peito de peru defumado</p>
<p>01 banana prata em fatias</p>

<p><strong>Modo de preparo:</strong></p>
<p>Bata os dois ovos em um prato com um garfo até atingir a consistência própria para omelete.</p>
<p>Despeje-o em uma frigideira com um pouco de óleo e deixe fritar.</p>
<p>Enquanto a parte de baixo frita, coloque uma fatia de queijo, a de peito de peru, a outra fatia de queijo.</p>
<p>Em um dos lados do omelete coloque a banana em fatias longas e finas.</p>
<p>Quando a parte de baixo estiver frita, dobre o omelete e deixe por mais 2 a 3 minutos para cozinhar o interior.</p>

<p>3. Coloque os ovos em uma panela com água fria e ponha para cozinhar;</p>
<p>4. Quando a água dos ovos começar a ferver deixe-os por mais 5 minutos em fervura e desligue.</p>
<p>5. Quando os legumes e os ovos estiverem cozidos, coloque em uma vasilha</p>

<p>Criei essa receita no almoço de hoje, ficou gostosa e resolvi postar. Infelizmente esqueci de tirar fotos antes de comer, mas a aparência é muito similar a do strogonoff convencional.</p>
<p>Mais uma ótima dica para fazer crianças, e até mesmo adultos (eu por exemplo não gosto de abóbora), comerem certas coisas.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></span></p>
<p>1/2 peito de frango</p>
<p>1 batata inglesa pequena</p>
<p>2 fatias pequenas ou 1 grande de abóbora</p>
<p>1/4 de couve-flor</p>
<p>1 colher de sopa de amido de milho (maizena)</p>
<p>3/4 de copo (de requeijão) de leite</p>
<p>1/4 de cebola</p>
<p>Milho verde, ervilha e azeitonas à gosto</p>
<p>Sal, alho, cominho ou pimenta do reino à gosto</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Modo de Preparo:</span></strong></p>
<p>Tempere o frango com sal, alho, cominho ou pimenta do reino (eu prefiro cominho, é inclusive mais saudável), corte em cubos e coloque para fritar em um pouco de óleo quente. O ponto certo é quando o frango está dourado por fora, e obviamente cozido por dentro.</p>
<p>Enquanto o frango frita, coloque a batata, a abóbora e a couve-flor para cozinhar. Quando estiverem cozidas bata no liquidificador, a batata, a abóbora e a cebola com a maizena diluída no leite até ficar líquido.</p>
<p>Despeje o líquido no frango já frito, acrescente a couve-flor em pequenos ramos, o milho, ervilha e a azeitona.</p>
<p>Deixe no fogo por cerca de 5 minutos após levantar fervura e sirva.</p>

<p>Você não gosta de animações (filmes tipo desenhos animados)? Também não sou muito fã, mas se estou recomendando vale a pena tentar.</p>
<p>A animação conta a história de um ratinho francês que é apaixonado por comida, em especial por cozinhar. Um dia ele ajuda um atrapalhado assistente de cozinha a se tornar chefe, e a partir dai o filme se desenrola cheio de aventuras atrapalhadas.</p>
<p>Pra quem não conhece, o Ratatouille (que ficou famoso após o filme) é um&#8230;cozidão francês. Quer aprender como se faz? Ai vai a receita:</p>

<li class="first">Corte a beringela em rodelas finas e deixe de molho numa bacia com água e umas 4 colheres de sopa de vinagre durante 15 minutos, para evitar que amargue</li>
<li> Corte a abobrinha em rodelas finas</li>
<li> Corte os tomates em cubinhos</li>
<li> Retire as sementes do pimentão e pique em tiras</li>
<li> Coloque o óleo de oliva na panela e deixe aquecer, acrescente as cebolas cortadas em rodelas e deixe dourar levemente, em seguida ponha o alho picado</li>
<li> Junte os legumes, o louro, os temperos restantes e mexa bem, mas com cuidado para &#8220;machucar&#8221; os legumes</li>
<li> Cozinhe em fogo baixo com a panela semi tampada até que os legumes fiquem molinhos</li>

<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>1 berinjela grande ou duas médias</p>
<p>200 g. de queijo mussarela ou prato fatiado</p>
<p>200 g. de presunto</p>
<p>Molho bolonhesa, branco ou o que preferir.</p>
<p><strong>Modo de preparo:</strong></p>
<p>1. Prepare o molho de sua preferência.</p>
<p>2. Lave e descasque a berinjela.</p>
<p>3. Corte-a ao comprido, em fatias finas.</p>
<p>4. Em uma fôrma que possa ir ao forno intercale uma camada de berinjela, uma de presunto, uma de queijo e o molho.</p>
<p>5. Repita o passo 4 até acabarem os ingredientes.</p>
<p>6. Em cima da última camada polvilhe queijo ralado tipo parmesão e orégano.</p>
<p>7. Leve ao forno, à temperatura média, por cerca de 20 minutos.</p>
